2016 Congressional Election Maps Now Available on Social Explorer

We added 2016 congressional election results to our Election Maps collection. All of our election data come from Dave Leip'sAtlas of U.S. Presidential Elections. In addition to winners and voter turnouts, the maps also include voting age population, citizens of voting age population, and competitiveness.
As we approach the mid-term elections, learn more about recent and past elections by exploring our election maps.
In the following example, we compare Democratic and Republican party wins for the 2012 and 2016 congressional races. See where party turnouts changed or stayed the same.
